Service Conditions
The service
We provide full inclusive servers for easy non-stop live streaming.
Every plan includes access to 24LIVELY Portal with simple stream controls. No other access to purchased servers is provided.
Service availability
The service availability is 99,5%. There are monthly planned maintenance windows.
Service period
The service is provided from the order date until cancelled. The service can be cancelled at any time.
When the payment for the next period is not fulfilled, the service is stopped and server terminated.

Service is provided in English language only.
Notifications
After order is processed, customer will receive a confirmation of their payment from 24LIVELY via e-mail.
Login credentials are sent only once, after first purchase within 24 hours.
Upload of files and filling necessary information is needed for a purchased server to live stream.
Stream Content
Use of any content breaching rules of supported streaming platforms is prohibited.

Not included in the service
The stability and availability of the stream is subject of delivery of the respective platforms, these services are not provided and guaranteed by 24LIVELY.
Payment Conditions
Plan ordering
Services can be paid only by PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards currently.
The paid period starts at the order date and lasts for 1 month (e.g. from Sep 10th to Oct 10th).
Plan cancellation
The plan may be cancelled at any time on our site.
After cancellation the service will continue until end of paid period.
Refund
Refunds are offered only to customers with severe unavailability of their server and only after prior notice by 24LIVELY.
Use of PayPal dispute system may result in discontinuation of services and ineligibility for any refunds.
Discounts
Discounts are applied to yearly subscriptions.
Giveaway Conditions
By entering a promotion you agree to the following.
The promoter 24LIVELY reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, disqualify entries, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the promotion (also 'giveaway' or 'contest').
To be eligible for receiving the prize all required steps in the promotion must be followed. The winner will be selected once the promotion ends. They will then be contacted by the promoter and will have 5 days to react and accept the prize. Then 2 months to activate the prize.
All times are Eastern Time. No purchase is necessary to enter. Your chances of winning do not increase with a purchase.
The prize of winning a streaming server is a server subscription on 24LIVELY for 6 months from the date of receiving the prize. To activate the server subscription winner must enter a valid payment method and will be charged every month once the prize period ends. The subscription can be canceled at any time.
